Email: sherrireiner@cressyeverett.com

First-time home buyers have a great reason to buy this year.  $8,000 in free money is the reason.

Did you know?

If you have not owned a home in the past three years, and buy a home between January 1, 2009 and December 1, 2009, the Federal Government will give you a one-time tax credit for up to $8,000.  Find all the details here.

What's the Hurry?

To qualify for the tax credit, contracts need to be closed by December 1, 2009.  Contracts (purchase agreements) are taking about 45 days to close, from the time the offer is accepted by the seller, to the closing table.  To be safe, you should find a home and have an accepted offer by the seller, no later than October 1, 2009.

You will find every home listed by every real estate company in Michiana right here on our site.  So take a look around, and contact us by phone or e-mail when you're ready.  Our interactive map search will let you find just the right area, and the right price.
