I recently completed a property purchase with David Rogers. This purchase started in the fall and finally was completed in the early spring. Since it was a property split there were a lot of details and in addition, there were a lot of unexpected issues on the sellers end that came up that kept stopping us from closing. Through all of it David Rogers kept me informed and kept working towards getting things cleared up and moving forward again. I never once felt uninformed or felt like I had to try to resolve things myself. David stayed on top of everything and through the ups and downs he constantly reassured me of what was happening in the process. It was obvious he went above and beyond to make sure my interests were met. I truly feel that if it were not for David working as hard as he did, the property that I have and love now may not be mine today. I would highly recommend David Rogers and I now have him preparing the sale of an investment property. Thank you David Rogers!

I had thoughts of selling my home 1 year prior to when it actually happened. My circumstances made a sort of rush decision to do so and David was willing,ready,and prepared for the task. He never got impatient with me asking a million questions or changing my mind. He was nothing short of helpful and wonderful throughout the entire process. My house was on the market for 5 days!! Within those 5 days, I got a ton of showings abs had multiple offers on the table. Short and sweet!! Thank you, David, you're incredible!

My wife and I were dead set on not working with a buying agent UNTIL we met David Rogers. He immediately made us feel comfortable, he laughed at our jokes and put up with all of our questions. He explained every tiny detail with flawless accuracy and made our entire buying experience easy. It felt like we were his only clients from start to finish. After talking with some agents in the past, we were concerned that an agent would try to constantly sell us on other properties we weren't interested in.
