Pre-Licensing Class

Enrolling in this course is the first step to obtaining a real estate license. This course will cover basic real estate concepts, valuation, contracts and financing, rules, laws and ethics, property management, ownership, transfer of title, land use controls and math computations.

Licensing Exam

This written exam must be taken within one year of completing your pre-licensing class (Indiana) Once your pre-licensing class is successfully completed, and you receive a passing score, you must affiliate your license with a real estate company within the states designated time frame.

Join Our Company

Now it's time to affiliate your license with Cressy & Everett Real Estate. Membership into the local, state and national Association of REALTORS® is required which earns you the REALTOR® title. Also, membership into the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is required. Continuing Education

To maintain your license, you are required by the state to complete approved continuing education courses each renewal year. The cost of these courses varies depending upon the ones you choose.
