Minimum Listing Price
$300,000 Residential homes located in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties in Indiana, and Berrien, Cass, Van Buren and St. Joseph counties in Michigan.
$600,000 Waterfront residential homes located in Berrien, Cass, Van Buren and St. Joseph counties in Michigan.
Home Value
The residential home must be at least 80% of the value of the total listing price.

Listing Period We recommend a listing period of 6 mo. or more to allow time to generate buyer interest in this price range.

Price Reduction If your home's listing price drops below the minimum qualifying price, your home will still receive the Luxury Homes marketing benefits until it's relisted under a new contract or is sold.
