Real Estate Pre-Licensing Classes: Indiana

Enrolling in this course is the first step to obtaining your real estate license. This course will cover basic real estate concepts, valuation, contracts and financing, rules, laws and ethics, property management, ownership, transfer of title, land use controls, and math computations. Students will have two options, take a look below.

Option 1: Instructor-Led Classroom Setting

Our Innovative course format blends classroom and online learning to maximize scheduling flexibility and learning success. Our classes meet twice a week and require additional online work during the same week. The entire course is a 10 week course, and is similar to a college level class (VERY difficult). This allows us to complete the required course hours and maximize the preparation for the state exam.

On-demand courses are approved for credit in Indiana by the Indiana Real Estate Commission. Cressy & Everett is committed to top-notch education and keeping our team up to speed.
