AUTOMOBILE REGISTRATION AND TAX

Indiana automobile license plates must be obtained within sixty (60) days of one's move to the state. An automobile excise tax is charged annually. The amount is determined by a car's year, make, model and original price.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

Those who are new to the State of Indiana must obtain an Indiana driver's license within sixty (60) days of their arrival to the state.
