Cressy & Everett Welcomes Shawn Baber-Ashley as Niles Office Branch Manager

(Niles, MI - October 2009)  Carolyn Bierbaum, general manager of Cressy & Everett Real Estate, and Paul Crouch, former managing broker of the Niles office, are pleased to announce Shawn-Baber Ashley as the new branch manager of the Niles office located at 1439 Oak Street, Niles, MI.

Ms. Ashley will oversee the daily operations in her new branch manager role, as well as list and sell real estate.  "We are thrilled to have Shawn as our new branch manager."  said Bierbaum.  "Her passion for the business and her caring nature are the perfect combination for success, as well as the perfect successor for Paul.  She's not only an outstanding Realtor, she balances her time with family and friends, and is involved in her community.  She is a well-rounded person who truly cares about people."

Ms. Ashley's community involvement includes; the Chamber of Commerce for Berrien Springs and Eau Clair, MI;  Pregnancy Care Center; Make-A-Wish Foundation and Suitcase for Kids.  Her professional recognition in real estate is distinguished.  From the Southwestern Michigan Multiple Listing Service, she received high honors for her sales production and achieved "The Platinum Award" in 2006 and 2007, and "The Gold Award" in 2008.  She was a member of the Re/Max International Executive Club in 2007 and 2008.
