We were recently shown some videos that displayed unacceptable behavior and demeanor by agent Tyler Owens during showings of a commercial property.
The content of the videos is very upsetting to us as the behavior does not reflect our values, our expected practices, or the professionalism our agents are known for. This termination occurred last week and well before the videos were publicly shared on social media.
Further, we notified the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® about the incident so they may review the matter according to their Professional Standards.
