An Indiana Tradition

Starting in 2010, the Santa Run and Stroll has become a mainstay of the holiday season in Elkhart County. This year, the run will be taking place in Bristol, Indiana for the first time, and we can't wait! Proceeds from the event go toward the Michiana Pay It Forward Foundation, an organization that helps youths in Indiana and Michigan to have a positive impact on their community and world through "paying it forward" without expectation of return.

Every year around the start of summer, the community of Elkhart, Indiana comes alive for the Elkhart Jazz Fest, one of the area's most popular annual events. With seven stages, a long list of performers, and a beautiful, historic setting, the Elkhart Jazz Festival is a fantastic place to enjoy your favorite music. This year's 31st Annual Elkhart Jazz Fest kicks off on June 22, 2018, and our real estate agents have all of the details on one of Elkhart's most anticipated annual events.
