You've probably heard that location is the most important thing when looking for a new home, but even more importantly, look for an area that holds their community, their local identity, and their history very near and dear to their hearts. For example, our real estate agents love to show South Bend homes for sale because of how much local pride these areas have. Elkhart County Santa Run and Stroll 2018
The holiday season is fast approaching, and there's no better time to enjoy some fun for a good cause. As always, our real estate agents in Elkhart County want to make sure you know about all the happenings in the area, and one of our favorite holiday traditions is right around the corner – the annual Santa Run and Stroll.

An Indiana Tradition

Starting in 2010, the Santa Run and Stroll has become a mainstay of the holiday season in Elkhart County. This year, the run will be taking place in Bristol, Indiana for the first time, and we can't wait! Proceeds from the event go toward the Michiana Pay It Forward Foundation, an organization that helps youths in Indiana and Michigan to have a positive impact on their community and world through "paying it forward" without expectation of return.
