Launching on December 15 from 1 to 5 p.m., it is an iconic way to explore local history courtesy of a highly engaged downtown booster organization. Holiday Light Parade – South Bend, IN

South Bend's Holiday Light Parade has been a burgeoning tradition for seven years. This year, it will head down Jefferson Boulevard on Friday, December 13, starting at 7 p.m. In the event of rain, the parade will proceed on December 20. Up to 50 floats and walking units will be invited, and all entries will be lit up with plenty of holiday spirit. The parade typically lasts about an hour, and local restaurants will offer special promotions.

Towns and cities all across the United States have a Holiday Market, and you won't want to miss the local one in Baroda this year. Hosted by Round Barn Winery and Estate, it will run from noon to 5 p.m. on December 13. The festive winter marketplace is a haven for holiday shoppers and local artisans. The perfect gift for the entire family, it will create cherished memories for young and old alike. Tickets are going fast!
Santa Brunch at Tabor Hill – Buchanan, MI

Santa Brunch at Tabor Hill is a chef-led brunch buffet with seasonal flavors, holiday decorations, and all of the hospitality you expect from Southwest Michigan's famous wine country. Starting at 10 a.m. on December 20, it will run for about four hours. The event is capped off by a visit by none other than Santa Claus himself. There'll be a full selection of seasonal cocktails and other fun surprises, all for $50 per adult and $25 per child. It is worth the short trip from Buchanan homes for sale.
2025 Merry and Bright Weekend – St. Joseph, MI

2025 Merry and Bright Weekend will run from Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 7 this year. There will be special events every day as well as extended shopping and dining hours. You can drop by for the tree lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. on Friday, the Reindog Parade on Saturday afternoon, or Santa's House from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday after the holiday parade wraps up near St. Joseph homes for sale.
